Step 1: Schedule a call with me
On this call we will determine 3 things.
- Where you are right now on your fitness and health journey
- What you want to achieve.
- Am I right the person to help you reach your goals?
Step 2: Begin your journey
If we choose to say “yes”, we’ll schedule a personal orientation. At this point, we will assess your level of fitness, review your equipment (if you have any) and I’ll answer any questions you have.
Step 3: Start to notice changes
In a short time, you might start to notice an increase in your strength, more energy and better sleep.
